A neat early tinsel folk art picture. Nicely done with the color and the green background being reverse painted on the glass over top of an embossed foil.

The work is signed C Irwin Miller 70. Measures about 7-1/2 by 11-1/2 overall. Back paper has been taped as it tore a bit. This does not appear to have affected the picture. Expect minor evidence of use or imperfections, dings etc.
