True vintage Sunny Brook Coffee metal advertising sign. This piece will take up a footprint of roughly 21.25" x 15.25" on your wall. Overall the sign is in excellent display condition with just the slightest hint of some minor dirty marks (3rd picture), which might possibly clean off, I didn't try any chemicals or cleaners. I simply rubbed this piece down with shop rags cleaning off the dust.

Also the oak frame has a tiniest bit of wear on a corner (pictured). You could probably stain or clean that up if desired, or just leave it. The tiny blemish basically goes unnoticed when on the wall..
