Has some condition issues as you can see in the pictures. Most of the residue is a paper material that stuck to the sign over the years, some more of it may come off. The marks across the top the sign will not come off they're some sort of glue.

Some paint chips around the border. Made by American Art Works Coshocton, OH make located on the lower right corner Approximately 19.5 x 9 Condition is as is. When soaked in warm water, the colors look almost brand new.

When dry, its very foggy. I don't know much about restoration of signs like these so I don't want to damage it trying. Someone out there can give it the T.
